By accessing Linner Life ✨ ("the Website", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Linner Life is a productivity platform hosted on Vercel designed to help users track tasks, level up their lives through AI-guided coaching, and participate in a gamified social community.
To use Linner Life, you must create a Master Profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards or participate in fraudulent point accumulation.
Our AI Assistants, **Apex** and **Zen**, provide productivity coaching and task generation. While we strive for high-quality guidance, AI responses are generated algorithmically. Linner Life is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI suggestions. Users should use their best judgment in managing their actual daily schedules.
Neural Points and Experience Points (XP) are virtual indicators of productivity and have no real-world monetary value. Points are awarded for task completion and community engagement. Attempting to exploit, hack, or artificially inflate your points balance is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
The Social Feed allows users to share their progress. By posting content, you grant Linner Life a non-exclusive license to display your progress within the community. You agree not to post inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material. We reserve the right to remove any post at our sole discretion.
Linner Life offers Premium Tiers for enhanced features (AI Voice, Deep Analytics, etc.). Subscriptions are processed via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the **laws of India**. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
